It's time again for my monthly haul && review! Here's all my favorite picks for this month:
1. Bronzer, Tarte: 'Park Avenue Princess'
2. Rose Heeled Sandal, MICHAEL by Michael Kors: 'Berkeley T-Strap'
3. Brightening Concealer, Tarte: 'Maracuja Creaseless Concealer' in Medium
4. Blush, Tarte: 'Peaceful'
5. Snap Cuff, Bakers
6. Illuminator, Lancome 'Eclat Miracle'
All of the Tarte products came from the 'Glow Your Way to Gorgeous' kit which retailed for around $50 (at first sounds expensive, but a full size bronzer alone retails for $29 from the company! Kits are a great way to try out a variety of popular products from a brand) I found the kit on QVC but it was no longer available when I searched for the link.
The picture of this bracelet does NOT do it justice- the website does not show just HOW sparkly and beautiful it was. (On a scale of 1 to Shiny it was a 'ask a stranger where she got her sparkles').
Items not pictured: Lancome Bi-Facil eye makeup remover, Victoria's Secret striped satin robe, Sally Hansen Insta-Dri 'Pink Blink'
Items not worth purchasing: Lancome 'Oscillation Intensity' mascara, Tarte 'Lights, Camera, Lashes' mascara

I created these waves by curling my hair in sections with a 1 and 1/4 inch clampless curling iron (the Fahrenheit 4 in 1). After letting the curls set, I brushed them out with a paddle brush to create the flowing wave! I did a tutorial on how to use a clampless iron to create these waves (just using a smaller iron) but the technique is the same- click here to watch! If you'd still like a tutorial on this specific, larger, middle-parted style- let me know :)

Carly, you're amazing! Seems like you're loving Tarte this month. I'll have to look for that kit. Thanks for sharing!

ReplyDeleteCarly, every time I tell myself I'm done shopping for awhile you have to go and post one of these!! I really need a good bronzer - I may have to look into the Tarte one because it really looks like a true bronzey color. The one I have now is a lot more peachy. Also, I wore my Michael Kors Berkeley T Straps literally every weekend my senior year of college & desperately need a replacement. They are amazing! xo
