My personal size experience: These pants have stretch to them, so I would feel extremely comfortable telling you to choose your regular size. I have just recently started to wear a size 25 (and they're usually pretty tight) and I fit VERY comfortably in this pair! They fit exactly as my immediate reaction in the video- they are true to size!
