Favorite products of July!

You know what the end of the month means- time for favorites videos! I finally started using [and LOVING] some new products- watch the video above to see this month's current obsessions

Products Shown [linked where available]
5. Forehead Band: Shopbop [exact one still available and linked]
6. Three Strap Bralette: Brandy Melville

What I'm Wearing [linked as well]
1. L'Oreal BB Cream: Medium
I've heard some people having difficulties over finding the L'Oreal BB cream- I found mine at Walgreens, but I linked the product sold online as well [it's $7.99 and well worth the online shipping if you're having trouble finding it in stores] [See! I'm getting better at linking everything! Better late than never, right?].

Let me know if you've tried any of these products or if you found any favorite products for this month! Also, be sure to check out my second channel if you're interested in moving vlogs- I've been posting loads of room tours/random life updates :)

My Makeup Essentials

My Makeup Essentials

Hi again! Even though it's only been a few days since my last post it feels like a lifetime! I've completely moved out of my old apartment, unpacked everything into my new place AND been to NYC && back. Now that I finally have a few spare moments to breathe [and blog!] I thought I'd show you some of my all time favorite beauty products

Products Shown:
1. MAC Mineralize Skin Finish- 'Soft and Gentle'
2. L'Oreal Magic BB Cream
3. NARS Bronzer- 'Laguna'
4. Lancome Dual Finish Powder
5. Burts Bees Chapstick
6. Lancome Hypnose Drama Mascara

No matter what outfit I'm wearing, I'm always wearing these products. They create the perfect natural face to wear alone, or use as a base for other looks. Do you have an every day, basic makeup routine? Any favorite items? Let me know!

My Style Diary: 7/12/12

What I'm Wearing:
1. Open Back T: Brandy Melville
2. Three Strap Bralette: Brandy Melville
3. Sequin Pocket Shorts: American Eagle
4. Combat Boots: Steve Madden

I've been asked to show more examples of casual outfits- while I'd say most the outfits I post are on the casual side [I sleep in sequins] this outfit definitely fits that request. I love oversized t shirts- especially backless ones! I showed this shirt in my most recent haul video [click here to watch if you missed it]. Here's how I style this kind of top!

I found these sequin pocket shorts for crazy inexpensive at American Eagle- you could easily replicate this by sewing a patch of sequin fabric onto the pockets of your own shorts. I love the little bit of sparkle it adds to the otherwise extremely casual piece!

I say this is my 'outfit of the day', but I really might mean 'outfit for the next five days' since the majority of my clothes are packed up and ready to move. You think I look disheveled now? Come see me after the weekend.

Princesses Wear Pink

What I Wore
1. Pink Dress: Alice and Olivia
2. White Sandals: Tory Burch
3. Waterfall Necklace: J Crew
4. Bun band: Pearl headband from Shopbop

I wore this dress last weekend to a beach wedding in Michigan- I thought I'd show you how I accessorize this bright pink dress! I love pairing bright colors with all white accessories in the summer. Up dos are also the perfect hair choice for summer- they keep your hair out of your face while still looking styled. Want to make your bun a little more glamorous? I took a stretch pearl and crystal forehead band and wrapped it around the base of the bun like a hair tie. Instant hair candy :)
